Full Biography

Albert ‘Bert’ Darrell (1905-1983) was regarded as one of Bermuda’s finest sailors, boat-builders and shipwrights. A six-time winner of the King Edward VII Gold Cup match-racing championship as well as numerous titles across several classes of boats, he also represented Bermuda at the 1960 Olympic Games.   EndFragment
